Financial Rehabilitation:  

We work with reputable and “tried and tested” credit repair service providers, that assist our client in terms of :

• Judgements;
• Blacklisting;
• Garnish Orders;
• Debt Review and any other credit impairments required.

Financial Assistance:

Our Micro Lending partners provide competitive loan interest rates for our clients, as we focus on consolidating their existing debt in order to improve their affordability and ultimately place them in a position for their home loan application to be approved.

Home Loans:

We currently work with the three (3) largest bond originators in the country, to assist our clients in terms of qualifying for home loans or building loans.

Financial Literacy & Financial Wealth Literacy:

We have partnered with reputable and well-established Financial Service Providers, to assist our clients by providing financial literacy and financial wealth literacy educate.

First Home Finance Subsidy:

We are able to assist in terms of pre-screening applicants that meet the First Home Finance minimum criteria and furthermore refer them to the National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC) for approval of the First Home Finance subsidy.  The maximum subsidy amount is R 169 265.
